  Stopped by Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery & Funeral Home to check on Marsha Barton Cooney' s grave marker, which was ordered and paid in full back in June. I have been given the run around each time I inquire about it
  Today I find out that it hasn't even been ordered.

  I would like to thank the people at Northridge that helped out during my brothers funeral. I think his name is Gene or Eugene but he was very helpful on finding the right piece of furniture to make the video visible. My ex's funeral was there in 2011 and when it was over a lot of people came up to me and told me it was a nice service but the video was not seen by most of the people there. I wanted to make sure that did not happen at my brothers funeral. So I hit Gene up with it immediately. Gene decided that he would look for something to make it easier on me. He went above and beyond to make this happen. The other lady who helped me was Kim. She was very nice and helpful.
  
  The next thing I'd like to discuss with you was the dvd we brought up to play on the tv. These made up dvd's from home just won't play on regular TV's. They have to have a computer because of the programs that make them. It was a little discouraging that at the last minute, the hour the family was suppose to sit and grieve we were worrying about the dvd working. It all worked out anyways but just a computer that could hook up to a tv would be nice. We lucked out because someone brought their computer.
  
  I really want to express how pleased I am that you all made every effort to help us.
  
  The service was nice the people were pleasant and the overall experience was smooth at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
